Microsoft is working seriously to spread its roots deeper into the smart market with their lumia mobiles. It is going to release two high end handsets in an international event which is going to be held in the end of the third quarter.
These two handsets are codenamed as Talkman and Cityman. Cityman is top end model and the Talkman is just below it.The Cityman will come with 5.7 inch display while the Talkman will come with 5.2 inch display. Both the handsets will sport a resolution of 2560*1440 pixels.
The Talkman will come with a Hexa core qualcomm snapdragon 808 processor while the Cityman will come with the octa core qualcomm snapdragon 810 processor. Both the handsets will feature 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
Both the handsets will have a micro SD card slot. Both the models will come with 20 mega pixel Pure View rear camera and 5 mega pixel front facing camera. The rear camera of Cityman is having triple LED and the front camera is having wider lens than the Talkman.
Talkman will have 3,000 mAh battery and Cityman will come with 3,300 mAh battery. Windows 10 is operating system in both these devices and along with all the basic connectivity options 4G LTE network support and NFC support were also given. Both the devices will come with built in Qi wireless charging feature and comes with type-C USB connectivity.
Rumours say that these devices are named as Lumia 940 (Talkman) and Lumia 940 XL (Cityman). But some other rumours say that Microsoft is planning to skip a model number and name them Lumia 950 (Talkman) and Lumia 950 XL (Cityman).
Let us see what Microsoft is going to do. We are expecting that these devices are going to be shown officially at IFA 2015 which is going to be held in September.
