LG has unveiled the third generation of its unique line of 4:3 aspect ratio phone series. This generation phone is called Vu 3. This Vu 3 has the specifications and features like the LG G2 which is also mentioned in our earlier posts.
The specifications of this Vu 3 are:
- 5.2 inch Full HD IPS display.
- 1280*960 pixels resolution with aspect ratio 4:3.
- Snapdragon 800 processor.
- 2 GB of RAM.
- 13 mega pixel rear camera.
- Audio speakers with a quality of 24 bit/192KHz.
The company says that their 4:3 aspect ratio is the exact ratio of A4 paper and this feature helps the users to read the web pages and eBooks easily. The other discussable features of this mobile are carrier aggregation (CA), plug&pop, knock on or knock knock and guest mode. The CA mode combines different LTE-A technologies and gives double the speed of a LTE network. Plug&pop gives the options when earphones are connected or disconnected. Knock on or knock knock helps us to easily lock or unlock the mobile. The guest mode gives other users to use your mobile while keeping all your profile setting and data safely.
The other specifications and features are not revealed by the company and details about shipping and price are also not said but it is rumoured that it will ship from September 27th.
LG electronics is a part of LG Group. It is a South Korean company dealing with the electronics manufacture and design headquartered in Seoul. LG is currently working on phablets and smart TVs. It has released Optimus G in January and Optimus G Pro in May of this year and it is also going to release its D820 as Nexus 5 at the end of this year.
